ORANI, Bataan – Aiming to improve services to its clients, the Orani Water District (OWD) established a Customer Information and Complaint Desk (CICD).
“The customer desk is always manned by our personnel ready to answer inquiries and complaints from our consumers”, said OWD General Manager Benni Andres.
“Our desk personnel will answer all inquiries and complaints if they can in their level, if not they will endorse the customer to the right person inside the office”, he said.
“For example if the complaint is about the computation of the bill, our desk personnel cannot answer that, someone inside the office will accommodate the customer”, he added.
“If needed in my level, I can answer inquiries and complaints”, he also said.
Aside from CICD, OWD started the filling up of slip and issuance of visitor’s pass at the entrance of the water district.
The water district currently has 10,650 household members.
