Kids meet the Architects

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The United Architects of the Philippines-Bataan Chapter, in celebration of their 36th Year of continuing excellence and service, gives back to the community through a feeding program at Brgy. Ibayo Day Care Center, this City, Sept. 7.

“Nagpakain kami ng 60 pre-elem students as our way of giving back to the community what the community has given us. Bukod dun, nagpamigay din kami ng notebooks,” said Arch. Olivia Robles, UAP-Bataan President.

“Masaya na nakakatulong kami sa mga bata. Yung blessings na ibinibigay sa amin as architects, gusto namin itong ma-i-share sa kanila kaya namin ito ginagawa,” Arch. Robles added.

Before the feeding program, the members and officers of UAP-Bataan, UAP-Graduate Auxillary and UAP-Student Auxillary participated in a motorcade.

“Nag-start kami mag-motorcade mula sa terminal tapos umikot kami sa Tenejero then papuntang Vetafs, then papuntang Doña Francisca patungong Ibayo. Pagdating dun sa Ibayo, dun na kami nag-conduct ng feeding program,” Arch. Robles narrated.

Ms. Violeta Manalaotao of Brgy. Ibayo Day Care Center then expressed their heartfelt gratitude to UAP-Bataan’s helping hands.

UAP-Bataan is an Integrated and Accredited Professional Organization of Architects (IAPOA) open to all registered and licensed architects in and outside of the province under District A2B.
