UAP-Bataan Chapter @ 36

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – In celebration of their 36 years of excellent service to stakeholders and the community, the United Architects-Bataan Chapter relived the spirit of their unity through a founding anniversary program held at Lou-is Resort and Restauruant, this City, last September 10.

“Bale, ginagawa namin ito para marecognize kung gaano na katagal yung UAP-Bataan, na hindi ito nawawala. Actually, nung September 7 talaga ang anniversary namin kung saan nagmotorcade kami and after that nagkaroon kami ng feeding program sa Ibayo Day Care Center,” said Arch. Sweetheart Maceda.

“So, ngayon talaga namin siya gaganapin which is Acoustic 90’s yung naging theme ng party namin,” Arch. Maceda added.

During the event, members of the UAP Board of Directors were given recognition and IAPOA Certificates were also distributed.

Aside from anniversary celebrations, the organization also conducts general membership meetings (GMM) to address issues and problems faced by the UAP-Bataan. The GMMs also tackle activities that would strengthen the camaraderie of the architects.

Boysen Paints Philippines, Hafele PhilIppines and Unitec Mfg. Corp served as sponsors for the event. Awards were also given to past and present UAP-Bataan Officers who have shared their life in pursuit of excellence.

Arch. Renmar Marquez, one of the participating architects expected that thru this event, there will be a strong camaraderie among them.
