DTI opens 5th Negosyo Center in Bataan

ORANI, Bataan – The Department of Trade and Industry will inaugurate today the 5th Negosyo Center at the front portion of the Multi-Purpose Covered Court here beside the municipal hall. 

Nelin Cabahug, OIC- provincial director of DTI-Bataan will be joined by local officials here and other stakeholders from the business sector.

Through the Negosyo Center, DTI aims to broaden business opportunities for the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the province. 

The establishment of Negosyo Centers is pursuant to Republic Act 10644 otherwise known as the Go Negosyo Act authored by Sen. Bam Aquino.

Last year, the 29 existing Negosyo Centers in Central Luzon have served 34,897 clients and have facilitated and processed the Business Name Registration of 23,361 MSMEs.

DTI is set to establish 26 more Negosyo Centers in the different cities and municipalities in Region III this year.
