4Ks: Kamalayan sa Kahandaan, Katumbas ay Kaligtasan”

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council in cooperation with the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council celebrated this year’s National Disaster Resilience Month today, July 21, 2017, at the Bataan People’s Center, this city.

With the theme “4Ks: Kamalayan sa Kahandaan, Katumbas ay Kaligtasan”, the celebration included an exhibit of rescue tools and equipments from PDRMMO, Pilar MDRRMC, Orion MDRRMC, and other booths from MBDA,  Philippine Red Cross Bataan Chapter, DOST, REACT Philippines, and PALMER Fire, Safety, and Security Solutions showcasing their services.

Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia, PDRRMO OIC Audie Atienza, and Engr. Dennis Mariano participated in the event and gave their short messages.

The event also included the awarding of winners for the Poster Making Contest:
