PGB promotes a culture of excellence

BALANGA CITY, Bataan. – The Provincial Government of Bataan continues to give recognition and provide trainings for the welfare of its employees.

“We recognized employees not only those who are in the regular positions but also the job orders who are exerting much effort in their job.” said Governor Abet Garcia in praising the achievements done for the past years. The Provincial Human Resources Management Office (PHRMO) is also proud to say that majority of the employees are qualified and eligible for their designated position. ‘Good, Better, and Best’ awards are also given to different departments to give recognition and to encourage other departments to work harder in their designated area.

In this connection, Gov. Abet announced that the PGB is providing financial assistance to those who want to pursue graduate studies in partnership with the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU), and he looks forward for more beneficiaries of the said program.In relation to this, a free Masteral Education is given to those employees who wanted to expand their knowledge in their chosen field in partnership of Bataan Peninsula State University and Provincial Government of Bataan. Governor Garcia is looking forward for more beneficiaries of the said program in the future.
