BALANGA CITY, Bataan- The installation of Smart or intelligent streetlights along the 68-kilometer stretch of Roman Expressway is a big boost to economic-industrial potentials of Bataan as a haven for investment in Central Luzon.

The streetlights project is a manifestation of the local government’s plan to broaden corporate opportunities in manufacturing ,commercial ,expanding tourism industry and other industries which could attract investors to the province.
Likewise, he said the streetlights are essential for the development of the capitol compound, which occupies 10 hectares of state-owned land. It will be converted into a mixed-use government hub with commercial establishments, hotels, and business processing outsourcing offices.
