SSS vows quality service

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan — “We are doing our best to give quality service and benefits to our valued contributors, despite the lack of funds” said Social Security System President and CEO Emmanuel Dooc during the press briefing held at SSS Balanga Branch together with SSS Executive Vice President Judy Frances See, Branch managers of Balanga and Mariveles, and local media, yesterday, February 13.
To date, Dooc proudly said that in Bataan, there is half a billion contribution which makes them motivated to give quality service to the Bataeños. There is also a pending bill, the SSS Act of 2018 which was already approved by both houses and is now waiting for the President’s signature to become a law. It includes mandatory membership for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), increase of monthly contribution, and unemployment pension.
