MARIVELES, Bataan- Mayor Ace Jello Concepcion is readying to install sophisticated closed circuit television (CCTV) cameras along the 14 kilometer road stretching from the town proper up to the blooming seacoast of Camaya point here.
Mayor Concepcion is expecting a more robust economic and tourism and travel industry growth in the locality with the installation of CCTV cameras intended for healthy business environment, securing the movement of goods and services and protective safety mantle for truckers, freight forwarders, tourists and residents.
He explained the latest CCTV gadgets are purposely for the expediency and welfare advantages of motorists, cargo trucks, oil tankers, local and foreign guests and other business outlooks using the Roman Expressway which is the main road that connects municipalities and the lone component city of the province including vital industrial areas like Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB), Petron Bataan Refinery, the Petrochem Park, Special Economic Defense Zone and Hermosa Special Zone and the Mount Samat Tourism Enterprise and Infrastructure Zone.
Mayor Concepcion has simply discussed the latest project of the municipality to put up the electronic monitoring system which would interlink the industrial town to the Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) centralized facilities at the command center located in Orani town .
The deployment of high fiber optic instruments is a valid indication of valuable investment fundamentals to augment infrastructure spending of transforming Bataan to the top list as one of the best investment hubs in Central Luzon.
The strategic location of the province in the vicinity of the two premier Freeport zones in the country, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and Clark Ecozone ,with profitable manufacturing plants operational and extensive security preparations are big factors which make the historic peninsula an ideal place for locators, Mayor Concepcion added.
