Garcias proclaimed poll winners in Bataan

BALANGA CITY, Bataan—-Garcias led by reelected Gov. Abet Garcia were proclaimed poll winners here by the Bataan Comelec Provincial Canvassers yesterday morning. Also proclaimed winners

were reelected Vice Governor Cris Garcia and reelected 2nd district Congressman Joet Garcia. Both were unopposed.

The governor defeated Limay Mayor Ver Roque with a very wide margin.

Reelected 1st district Congresswoman Geraldine Roman was also proclaimed.

Proclaimed 1st district board member winners were Benjie Serrano, Jomar Gaza, Rey Ibe, Bong Galicia, and Khristine Dela Fuente.

In the 2nd district, proclaimed board member winners were Iya Roque, Manny Beltran, Ed Calimbas, Pepeng Villapando, and Popoy Del Rosario.

In her message, Vice Governor Garcia expressed profuse gratitude to the people of Bataan for the fresh mandate given to them.

She said she will head again the Sangguniang Panlalawigan with renewed vigor to be able to craft timely and needed legislative measures to improve the living of Bataan families.
