Grotto rises at the Hermosa Sanitary Landfill

The Hermosa Sanitary Landfill (HSL), the only accredited 4th level sanitary landfill by the DENR in Bataan is the envy of many LGU’s from different regions visiting the place, that they would want to replicate said it in their respective provinces.

Atty. Beulah Coeli Fiel, CEO of ECONEST Waste Management Corp. in-charge in the operations of the sanitary landfill, thought of an added attraction in the
area by constructing a Grotto of the Virgin Mary.
Atty Fiel said that pending completion of lightings, prayer chair and other amenities, it can be blessed soon for spiritual enlightenment.

The Grotto, according to Atty. Fiel will serve as an inspiration to all of them working at the HSL, for during break time they can rest there for a while or say a little prayer to the Virgin Mary asking for guidance a “breather” to the weary souls of the workers.
Construction of the Grotto according to Atty. Fiel is her personal donation to the park of the sanitary landfill as her way of expressing her gratitude for its successful operations, which is now earning a lot of praises from many of its visitors.
