Agri extension workers commended

Board Member Benjie Serrano lauded agriculture extension workers for their contribution to food security in the province.
The Agri Extension Workers (AEW) Congress was held on Monday in this city.

“The provincial government through the leadership of Gov. Abet Garcia commends agri extension workers for assisting local farmers to increase production”, the board member said who graced the Congress.

Serrano is the Sangguniang Panlalawigan chairman of the Committee on Agriculture.
“The provincial administration will always support the agri extension workers in their undertakings”, he said.
“While it is the vision of the provincial government to attract more investments, food security is not neglected”, he also said.

Provincial consultant Guding Ferrer representing Gov. Abet Garcia and provincial agriculturist Joey Dizon also attended the AEW Congress.
