Mayor Francis marks birthday with gift-giving

BALANGA City Mayor Francis Anthony Garcia says the city government will continue with the health programs to keep employees as well as local folks fit and healthy.

“We should maintain a healthy family and clean environment in our very own Balanga City,” said the city mayor during a brief ceremony to celebrate his birthday on Friday. His birthday actually falls on a Saturday, October 5.

He thanked all the people behind the preparation for the important occasion including the gift-giving of school health outfits for the school children in select elementary schools.
The mayor’s mother, Mrs. Vicky Garcia relates that Mayor Francis being the youngest and stoutest of the three sons among the five siblings was the “luckiest” of them all.
