Gone are the days when a resident of Mariveles will have to go to Balanga City or even as far as Pampanga, Olongapo City and even Manila for his much needed hearing test, diagnosis, follow up checkups and the likes, for Una Bella Hearing Center, a state of the art facility will soon open right at the Mariveles District Hospital (MDH).

Una Bella HC provides precision hearing and programming using state-of-the-art equipment. It also offers the highest quality and widest array of hearing aid to patients.

Born through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme, Una Bella HC will cater to adults and children alike at a relatively much cheaper price compared to other hearing centers.

In a related development, MDH Chief of Hospital Dr. Hector Santos informed 1Bataan that last October 2, MDH got its accreditation from PhilHealth. Furthermore, in his desire to serve the best interest of the people, just recently Gov. Abet Garcia sat down with Department of Health Officials together with provincial government health officials to explore all means and resources available to convert MDH into a general hospital.
