BPSU’s NCFEET promotes science and technology innovation

The staging of the Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) 2nd National Conference on Food, Environment, and Engineering Technology (NCFEET) highlighted the university’s thrust of promoting science and technology innovation. The conference facilitated discussion on the challenges and emerging issues on food and environment.
It was attended by more than 200 research scientists mostly university-based from all over the country.

“The conference underscores the importance of innovations in various aspects like food production and engineering”, said BPSU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia.
BPSU Pres. Dr. Greg Rodis in his message said there is urgent need for experts’ innovation to improve the quality of living of the people.
He said experts in various fields can surely help through their research works Filipinos in hurdling the challenges they are facing.

DOST Usec. Dr. Renato Solidum led pool of resource persons with solid track record who spoke and shared expertise in the event.
Important part of the conference was presentation of papers of participants on areas of food, environment, engineering, and technology.
The BPSU president lauded the technical working group behind the national conference led by Paguia.
