Awarding of Agricultural Machineries and Equipment to FCAs

The Office of the Provincial Governor – Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Division (OPG-ABE), in collaboration with the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), spearheaded the Awarding of Agricultural Machineries and Equipment to Farmers Cooperatives and Associations (FCAs) on December 12, 2025, at the Training Center in Pantingan, Pilar.

Said activity aims to strengthen agricultural mechanization in the province by providing modern farming technologies to local cooperatives and associations.

Through the provision of suitable equipment that boost productivity and competitiveness, these modern tools and machinery also help reduce production cost, increase income opportunities and promote sustainable agricultural growth throughout the province.

This program also supports government initiatives to modernize agriculture, advance food security, and improve farmer welfare by providing organized farmer groups with essential resources.

Present during the event were Committee Chairman in Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Board Member Angel Sunga; Provincial Agriculturist Engr. Johanna Dizon; OIC-OPG Department Head Jeffrey Calma; OPG-ABE Chief Engr. Michael Arligue and PAFC Bataan President – SWISA Association Wesley Adriano.
