The Provincial Government of Bataan has vowed it’s full support to youth leadership training activities to become partners in guiding the youth in their respective communities.
Gov. Joet Garcia shared his ideas and pure intentions to help the youth during the recent meeting with representatives of Peace Corps Philippines. The meeting was attended by Balanga City Mayor Raquel Garcia and representatives of City Social Welfare Development Office.
Peace Corps Volunteer Leader Anne Nicole Tengson disclosed the details of plans to help Bataan youths by encouraging them to train in a leadership course through the Youth Facilitator Camp to guide them in navigating the leadership journey.
“Buo po ang ating suporta sa mga inisyatibong magpapalakas sa kakayahan, liderato, at partisipasyon ng mga kabataan para sa mas maunlad at mapayapang Bataan,” the Governor said.
In his social media message, the province’s chief executive expressed his gratitude to the Peace Corps Philippines for its continued support to “Kabataang Bataeno.”
