ISAF, led by its president Marcialito “Al” Balan, and the CIDG under Chief Inspector Rommel Labalan, Provincial chief, had recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement wherein the former will work voluntarily for the PNP-CIDG in intelligence gathering, monitoring of lawless elements and wanted persons and drug pushers and ushers to rid the province of lawless elements.

ISAF, composed mostly of professionals, businessmen, local officials and respected people in the province, vowed to work hand in hand with the police authorities and the local government units (LGUs) to ensure a more peaceful environment in this industrial province.

Recently, ISAF paid a courtesy call on Governor Abet S. Garcia at the Bulwagan ng Bayan inside the Capitol compound. They were accompanied by Chief Inspector Rommel C. Labalan, provincial chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG).

Impressed by their selfless efforts in serving the province of Bataan voluntarily, Gov. Garcia lauded Balan and his group for their crusade in pushing for a more peaceful Bataan. Gov.
