In line with the observance of Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) has launched a new Interactive Screen designed to make frontline government services more accessible and convenient for the public.
The digital platform allows clients to quickly access the Citizens’ Charter and obtain important details on various AFAB frontline transactions, including step-by-step procedures, documentary requirements, and processing timelines.
AFAB said the new system is expected to improve overall client experience by making transactions faster, easier, and more seamless, reducing confusion and helping applicants prepare necessary documents ahead of time.
The initiative also reinforces AFAB’s commitment to transparent, efficient, and responsive public service, aligning with the goals of the Anti-Red Tape Authority under the government’s Ease of Doing Business campaign.
Officials said the launch marks another step toward modernizing public service delivery in the Freeport, as AFAB continues to embrace digital innovation for better governance and improved service to stakeholders.
