The Municipal Government of Orani is set to distribute free school supplies to students across the town as part of its continuing effort to make education more accessible and supportive for young learners, Mayor Jon Arizapa announced.
Under the program, learners from Day Care Centers will receive backpacks, tumblers, and learning kits, while students enrolled in public schools will be given backpacks and tumblers. Their learning kits, meanwhile, will be provided by the Provincial Government of Bataan.
Students attending private schools in Orani will also benefit from the initiative through the distribution of learning kits, ensuring that support reaches both public and private school learners in the municipality. Mayor Arizapa said that the distribution of supplies will take place during each school’s Parents’ Orientation, allowing families to conveniently receive the items as they prepare for the opening of classes.
Arizapa added that the initiative aims to provide added support and motivation to students, reinforcing the local government’s commitment to building a stronger and more education-focused community in Orani.
