BACCII elects new set of officers

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The Bataan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (BACCII) under the umbrella organization of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry has proven its strength as the business arm of the province, empowering all its members, seeking to maintain the good relationship not only among its members but also with the local government officials and national government agencies as partners.

In adherence to its by-laws, the BACCII members, during their traditional general membership meeting, elected their new set of officers with Mr. Orly dela Pena as its new President along with other officers, Lilia Tamayo as Vice President, Ms. Liza Reyes – Secretary, Cecille Bernales Datu – Treasurer, Zeny Soriano and Rey Gonzales as Public Relation Officers and Board of Directors, Brian Joseph (BJ) Banzon, Amanda Battad, Pamela Santos, Yoly Labocero, Jeff Sanchez, Glenn Bautista, Angelita Fernando, Vicky Bagtas and Eric Taggaoa with the guidance of Ms. Nora Reclosado, Ms. Raquel de Guzman and Ex-Officio President Rolando Dizon who all served as the COMELEC secretariat.

In his message, Dela Peña vowed to revitalize BACCII in the face of global challenges, asking the commitment of all the members to lift the mission of BACCII as the unified voice, advocator and protector of businessmen in the community thru learning services, projects and to take the role of a lead organization in communicating valuable information that creates business partnership, network and links to different business establishments.

The new set of officers will have their induction during their Christmas Party on Dec. 8, 2017.
