Las Casas, located in the smallest and oldest town of Bataan, melds history and heritage together as a celebration of Filipino culture and craftsmanship owned by a Bagaqueno – renowned art collector and architect Jose Rizalino “Jerry” Acuzar.

His company, the New San Jose Builders is behind the herculean project to rebuild the past through the restoration of houses that make up the 400-hectare heritage resort.

Del Rosario also mentioned the advantages of having the Bagac-Mariveles road project finished soon which is one of the major infrastructure projects in their town that attracted potential investors in a future investment site in the area outside the Freeport Area of Bataan in Mariveles town.
