The provincial government has appropriated some P 16 million for the improvement of farm to market roads, school premises, health centers and other infrastructure facilities to provide better accessibility for the residents of the coastal town of Bagac to exploit productive upland areas into farm and recreational tourism hub.

Bataan Assistant Provincial Engineer Arleen R. Santos emphasized that the concreting of four farm to market roads, rehabilitation of school perimeter fences, construction of water system, bridges and other public works projects would provide healthier ambiance for agricultural food security and lucrative farm tourism programs.

Engr. Santos added that those infrastructure projects would provide convenience to upland farmers in transporting their agricultural crops to the market, improve their livelihood and provide alternative route for nature loving visitors to enjoy the natural grandeur of waterfalls and breathtaking landscape of picnic grounds in the sprawling Bataan National Park.
Provincial Engineer Enrico T. Yuzon has issued an office order designating Engr. Santos as project engineer of local government infrastructure projects to monitor construction progress in the towns of Bagac and Morong.
