Governor Abet Garcia was among the awardees during TESDA 3 “Partners Appreciation Day” held last Friday, Septemebr 13 in San Fernando City, Pampanga.
Board Member Popoy Del Rosario represented Gov. Abet Garcia in the said event, who qualified for the award for his unwavering support to the agency.
The program was dedicated to TESDA’s stakeholders that continuously support the implementation of technical education and skills development program and projects.
Del Rosario said he is honored to represent the governor in any event entrusted to him. “Gov. Abet is my idol in public service”, he said
