A graduate of the Philippine Military Academy class 1990, Col. Dongbo vowed to continue the programs and services that his predecessor had started by maintaining the peaceful atmosphere in the industrial province.
Accompanied by Atienza, Dongbo paid a courtesy call on Governor Abet S. Garcia prior to his official assumption as OIC.
“I chose to recommend Col. Dongbo as my successor knowing his integrity, capability and strong leadership to handle the prevailing peaceful environment in Bataan, more so that several big time investors have been investing here,” said Atienza.
