Bataan is ready for the rainy season

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – In preparation for the rainy season, the Provincial Police Office (PPO) is now equipped with 18 units of fabricated improvised water crafts. These water crafts will increase the rescue capabilities of the PPO rescue team in case flash floods occur due to heavy rains, said Police Director PCOL Villamor Quizzagan Tuliao of the Philippine National Police – Bataan during the Provincial Peace and Order Council (PPOC) meeting held last Tuesday, June 18 at the 1Bataan Command Center in Orani.

The funding for the said water crafts came from the Provincial Government of Bataan.

The water crafts were distributed in different units of police offices all over the province last March 18, 2019 and April 22 and are now ready to be used in case of emergency.
