Bataan seals global partnership deal to fast-track PPP projects

The Provincial Government of Bataan took a major step toward accelerating development after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with several international and private sector partners on April 14 at Four-Ecom in Pasay City.

The agreement was forged between Bataan Public-Private Partnership (PPP), SR Corporation, Crocus, Mirean Construction, GreenStech, DELV Partners, and Roadon. Officials said the partnership aims to strengthen cooperation and ensure the efficient implementation of PPP projects across the province.

Bataan 2nd District Rep. Albert Garcia said the MOU is expected to pave the way for new investments, infrastructure initiatives, and innovative programs that will contribute to Bataan’s continued growth and competitiveness.

Among those present during the signing were BBJVI President Jopet Inton, SR Corporation representative Mr. Kwan Soon Il, Crocus representative Mr. Lim Daniel Jesuhp, Mirean Construction representative Mr. Kim Jin Ki, Greenstech representative Mr. Choi Byeong Jin, DELV Partners representative Ms. Park Sung Youn, and Roadon representative Mr. Shin Seong Cheoi.

Provincial leaders expressed optimism that the collaboration will open more opportunities for progress, reinforcing Bataan’s commitment to sustainable development through strong public-private partnerships.
