The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) ng Bataan led by Vice Governor Cris Garcia buckled down to work on Monday, conducting its very first regular session via Zoom App for the year 2021.
SP had conducted e-regular sessions last year to pass important ordinances and resolutions needed in the battle of the province against GOVID-19.
“We conducted our regular session by way of e-session thru video conference”, the vice governor then said.
Gov. Abet Garcia had lauded SP for the passing of the much-needed ordinances and resolutions in response to emergency situations. SP had also unanimously approved the province’s P3 billion budget for 2021.
The provincial board has already held “face-to-face” sessions with strict compliance to health protocols against the spread of virus.
Vice Governor Garcia vowed support to all the initiatives of Gov. Garcia to genuinely serve the people of Bataan.
