The fantastic economic evolution phase from virtually agricultural village to commercial scenario is the outcome of methodical system which strengthen the investment foresight of Pilar Mayor Alice D.Pizarro and the strategic advantage of the locality in the busy intersection segment of Roman Expressway.
Pizarro gave credit to unblemished collaboration between former Senate president Manuel Villar,Jr. and the Late Governor Enrique T. Garcia,Jr. which resulted to the successful operation of Vista Mall-Bataan and subsequently motivated small, micro and medium enterprises to put up a number of gasoline stations, convenience stores ,fruit stands and several medium sized restaurants serving specialized Kapampangan dishes and food delicacies for motorists, visitors ,locators and other groups.
According to Pizarro the Vista Mall-Bataan has produced a healthy retailing business environment in the historic peninsula which is regarded as the premier industrial hub in Central Luzon.
