Former Hermosa Mayor and now Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bataan Baseco Joint Venture Inc. (BBJVI), Jopet Inton, led a three-day Corporate Strategic Planning Session held from October 9 to 11 at Midori Hotel, Clark, Pampanga. The activity gathered members of the Board of Directors and the company’s management team to craft a comprehensive strategic management framework aimed at driving the company’s growth and strengthening its operational goals.
During the session, BBJVI officials focused on aligning the company’s vision, mission, and departmental objectives, particularly in the areas of management, administration, finance, operations, and business development. Inton emphasized that the planning session serves as a roadmap to improve the organization’s efficiency and profitability while maintaining its commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.
BBJVI, a major joint venture company based in Bataan, is primarily engaged in industrial estate development, logistics, and port operations within the Freeport Area of Bataan and surrounding regions. Under Inton’s leadership, the company has been pursuing initiatives that balance economic progress with community welfare, ensuring that both local stakeholders and investors benefit from BBJVI’s projects.
In his message, Inton underscored the importance of strategic collaboration among departments to ensure the company’s continued success amid a competitive business environment. “Our goal is not only to increase BBJVI’s revenue but also to make sure that our growth uplifts the communities we serve and provides lasting value to our partners and investors,” he said.
