BALANGA CITY, Bataan -The beneficial outcome of the maximum improvement of infrastructure road network leads to the highest multiplier effect on the socio-economic growth.
Leonardo “Jun-Jun” Hernandez, Jr, a dry goods store proprietor at Balanga City Greater Public Market observed the upgrading of road system is an effective method of promoting the rich potential of Bataan as a leading investment and emerging commercial area in Central Luzon.
Hernandez has acknowledged the provincial government headed by Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia of initiating better road connectivity development plan which strengthens public–private partnership that could create jobs, uplift human development index of the residents and introduction of profitable eco-industrial proprietorship to locators and medium-scale businessmen from nearby provinces and Metro Manila.
Likewise, better-quality infrastructure expects to lower the operating cost of doing business in Bataan, shorten travel times and usher in more economic opportunity in remote areas and it would also make it easier for the residents to avail of excellent education, health care and other essential social services .
He said the road improvement measures would further motivate investors to closely undertake evaluation program on agricultural productivity, housing and property leasing development and other programs that would ensure revenue–income benefits.
