As graduates basked in the spotlight, commencement speaker for the first batch of graduates from the BPSU Main Campus and Graduate School, 3rd District Representative Gila Garcia shared a timeless adage: “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” While the challenges of the world may seem daunting to some, Cong.
