CEMBA top performing cooperative in Balanga City

The Capitol Employees of Bataan Multi-purpose Cooperative Incorporated (CEMBA) leads anew as the top performing cooperative lender awardee out of the 27 registered cooperatives in this component city.

Ms. May Ambrocio Hizon, CEMBA general manager, is overwhelmed by the favorable result of the meticulous evaluation undertaken by the committee of the 2nd InvestBalanga award which enumerated the total loan releases of CEMBA for the year 2018 amounting to P 93.3 million .

Records showed that multi-purpose loan remained the loan window mostly patronized by majority of the 1,471 members and the salary loan as the least in the 15 categories.
Ms. Hizon said the recognition as an outstanding multi-purpose cooperative of the city was conferred by Mayor Francis Anthony S. Garcia and Rep.Jose Enrique S. Garcia lll during the observance of the 2nd anniversary of InvestBalanga held last Friday, November 22 at Emiliana Hall

The City Government also recognized top 25 businesses, top 25 Real Estate Property Taxpayers and 8 other special awards to performing business sectors.
CEMBA started in 2006 with a measly capital of P 262,000 with 53 members aimed at improving the quality of live of its members and to benefit from its services.
