The contest was organized by the Provincial Tourism Office and the Department of Education (Bataan) as part of the 82nd anniversary of Day of Valor, also known as Araw ng Kagitingan. A total of 126 students (36 elementary, 45 junior high school, 35 senior high school, 10 college) from all over the province participated.
