Congresswoman Gila, other sectors get DOH-TRC recognition

Congresswoman Gila Garcia, civic organizations and a number of individuals received on Tuesday plaques of recognition for the important roles they played in the improvement of Department of Health-Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TRC).

The recognitions were given during the celebration of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week 2025. Partner agencies that made immense contribution to the improvement of DOH-TRC were likewise given due recognition for their full support to the project.

Cong. Gila expressed her heartfelt gratitude to various sectors for their contributions and dedication to modernize the rehabilitation center. She vowed to continue extending support to DOH-TRC to make it the best rehab center in Central Luzon if not in the whole country.

Present during the event were Dra. Elizabeth Serrano, chief III of DOH-TRC; Dra. Corazon I. Flores, DOH Regional Director, and Board Member Popoy del Rosario.
