DENR Bataan responds quickly to 8888 hotline complaints

PILAR, Bataan – The Bataan Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office is responding quickly to complaints from 8888 hotline.
“I have ordered my personnel to immediately respond to complaints we receive from the hotline”, said PENRO Raul Mamac.
“I have instructed them to respond in just few hours or lesser if possible”, he also said.
“This includes responding complaints sent to our Cenro offices”, he added.
This writer witnessed Mamac in his office on Thursday signing regarding action they have taken on a complaint received from the hotline.
President Duterte launched the 8888 hotline for public complaints two years ago.
