A one-day seminar on Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB EGSD) was held yesterday at Crown Royale Hotel for all government offices and agencies including LGU’s, government-owned and/or controlled corporations and other instrumentalities that provide services covering business and non-business related transactions to establish efficient service delivery, prevent graft and corruption, reduce red tape and expedite business transactions in the government.
Resource speaker, Dir. Ma. Luisa Salonga-Agamata, Civil Service Central Office emphasized that IRR of 11032 is the simplified version of R.A. 11032, “yong procedure, proseso sa gobyerno ay pabilisin at paikliin, three days na lamang ang pinakasimple, 7 days ang complex transactions at ang pinakahighly technical ay 20 days na lang” and the requirements should be reduced. The law says that if the customers have completed the requirements and have been acknowledged by an office then it should only take 7 days for the customers to have it.
The seminar sponsored by the CPO under the supervision of the Civil Service Commission Field Office of Bataan headed by Mr. Ed Cruz which is in relation to the group’s vision to improve government service delivery.
