Governor Abet Garcia last February 7, led the groundbreaking ceremony of the third 1Bataan Village this time in Brgy. Tenejero, Balanga City, near Atrium Residences, 1 kilometer away from Bataan Highway which will have a total of 216 residential units for its first phase.
“Marami pa po tayong gagawing pabahay sa lahat ng bayan nang sa ganon mawala sila sa danger zone at gumanda ang tahanan ng ating mga kababayan,” said Gov. Abet.
With support from the Office of the President and National Housing Authority, the 3-storey low-rise building resettlement project is under the Community-Based Initiative Approach (CBIA) and mandamus program for families living near Talisay River.
NHA Regional Manager Arceli Natino, Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Congressman Joet Garcia, Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia and Balanga City SB members attended the event.
