Health is what matters the most

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – “Health is the most important of all, it doesn’t matter how big your income is, what profession you are in but what matters is your health,” said Governor Albert Garcia during the flag raising ceremony held at the Bataan People’s Center, this morning.
Provincial Health Office (PHO) Head Dra. Rosanna Buccahan presented the different health related events held, programs and awards received by the province such as International Aids Candlelight, Nutrition Program, 4th Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentarian Global Health Forum, and the official awarding and declaration of Bataan as Malaria free.
Dra. Buccahan mentioned that the province is doing its best to fight dengue and promote HIV awareness among the Bataenos by conducting different health programs.
Governor Garcia proudly commended the continuous upgrade of the health equipment in our district hospitals. “Programs like this is also in line with inclusive growth of our province,” Governor Garcia added.
