Landbank tokens await early taxpayers using Link.Biz Portal

To strengthen and increase the usage of online real property tax (RPT) payments thru the Link,Biz portal, LandBank is giving away tokens such as t-shirts, bags, etc to the first thirty (30) clients every quarter, thru its Customer Incentive Program. This program takes effect this quarter until the end of year 2020.

It will be recalled that last April of this year, real property taxpayers in Bataan have started utilizing the Landbank Link.Biz Portal, an online hassle-free and secure payment system, in line with one of the initiatives of the Provincial Treasurer’s Office (PTO) towards improving efficiency of the Provincial Government of Bataan’s management and operations and increasing revenues among which is the Real Property Tax Online Payment System.

The following are the six (6) easy steps to guide our taxpayers:
Step 1 – Go to www.landbank.com and click on LANKBANK Link.BizPortal
Step 2 – Select PGB as merchant
Step 3 – Choose RPT as transaction type
Step 4 – Fill-out Transaction Details and review provided information
Step 5 – Select LANDBANK ATM/ Bancnet as payment method
Step 6 – View/ Print Payment Confirmation

LandBank, for its part aims to achieve the following through the implementation of the said online payment system:
1. Provide convenience and efficiency to all involved institutions as well as safer and faster delivery of funds
2. Establish accountability and tracking of financial flows, resulting in less corruption and theft
3. De-clog lobby traffic and save on operation costs
