Mayor Raquel takes oath as LCP Focal Mayor for Education of the LCP

Mayor Raquel Francis Garcia has officially taken her oath as Focal Mayor for Education during the official Oath-Taking Ceremony of the LCP National Executive Board held at the Malacañang Palace on October 07, 2025.

Said ceremony was presided over by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., who administered the oath to the newly elected officials of the LCP National Executive Board. Mayor Raquel’s appointment as Focal Mayor for Education is a testament of her commitment to advancing and strengthening the quality, equitable, and inclusive education for all.

Furthermore, since the launching of her “Kahanga Hanga Mapagkalinga” vision, Mayor Raquel has been a steadfast advocate of transformative education that hones and empowers the youth.
