NBI officially opens in Bataan

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) officially opens its satellite office here in Bataan this morning, April 19 inside the Capitol Compound, this City.

Having its soft opening last April 3, the NBI Bataan satellite office finally held its ribbon-cutting and blessing today in order to formally open its services to the public.

The program started with an invocation led by Rev. Fr. Lydes Pomer followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Atty. Dante Gierran (National Director, NBI), Atty. George Jularbal (Regional Director, NBI Region III), and Hon. Albert S. Garcia (Provincial Governor). After the facility was blessed by Rev. Fr. Lydes Pomer, Mr. Carlos Pizarro, Jr. (General Manager, MBDA) delivered the opening remarks followed by the short messages of Atty. Dante Gierran, Atty. George, and Hon. Albert S. Garcia.

With this development, Bataeños will no longer have to travel to Manila, Pampanga or Olongapo just to get an NBI clearance because, NBI services is just here in the heart of the province.
