Despite the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) is continuously giving safety tips to the public.
Maaari itong magresulta sa pagkamatay, at pagkawala ng kuryente sa inyong lugar”, according to safety bulletin from NGCP relayed by Corporate Regional Communication Officer Fely Francisco.
Francisco earlier said they are constantly coordinating with Bataan local government units and barangays to promote transmission lines safety.
She assured that NGCP cares about the safety of the public as he urged all to help in maintaining a reliable, safe, and secure transmission system in the country.
In support of President Rodrigo Duterte and the national government’s efforts to combat the outbreak of COVID-19 in the Philippines, NGCP has donated P1 Billion aid to medical frontliners (P500,000,000.00 donation in the form of goods and medical equipment and another P500,000,000.00 for the procurement of the COVID-19 response measures.
