Non-polluting poultry set in Samal

A poultry farm said to be adopting a modern technology is set to settle in Samal, Bataan.
Mayor Aida Macalinao said the investor had already visited the site in a secluded village a bit far from the populated area.

“The poultry house will not emit bad smell because according to the investor, the chicken waste shall be contained in an elevated place, unlike the usual system in our poultry,” said the mayor.
Mayor Macalinao said an office will also be put up solely to monitor the poultry house and other possible pollutants in the area.
