BALANGA CITY, Bataan – This kid, Master Charles Janda, continues to prove to people that he deserves being named as “Master” because here he comes again, bringing home lots of awards and making his kababayans proud.
The Philippine Swimming League in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Aklan held its 115th PSL Leg Series (2nd Gov. Joeben Miraflores Swim Cup) last May 20 and 21, 2017, at Aklan Provincial Sports Complex and Boracay Island.
Master Charles bagged 7 gold medals, a trophy for “Most Outstanding Swimmer”, and a trophy for “Most Improved Swimmer of the Year 2016” for the 8-year old boys category.
But wait, there’s more. This time, it is not just him who brought his name to fame. His brother, Lord Benedict Janda, also brought home 5 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 1 bronze medal, and a trophy for the “Most Outstanding Swimmer” for the 9-year old boys category.
Now there’s not just a master in swimming, but also a lord! Keep up the good work and continue making Bataeños proud!
