Officials cite Fiesta Communities Mariveles

MARIVELES, Bataan – Two officials here are citing the good impact of the establishment of Fiesta Communities Mariveles in providing decent housing to local folks.
“Families that needed to be relocated from a certain area here availed houses at Fiesta Communities Mariveles”, Mayor AJ Concepcion told fire victims who were in his office for a dialogue on Wednesday.
“Sharing the desire of Gov. Abet Garcia, we want local folks to own decent houses”, he said.
Earlier, AFAB Chairman Emmanuel Pineda announced during a press conference that many freeport workers are already located at the Fiesta Communities Mariveles.
“They work here in FAB, so it is best that they settle here in Mariveles”, he pointed.
He said housing for FAB workers is one of his major thrusts.
Fiesta Communities Mariveles is “tailored fit” for Freeport workers, according to Fiesta Communities Regional Manager Gene Ryan Bautista in the past interview.
For almost a decade, FIESTA Communities has been a leader, and a prime provider of quality, affordable homes to the low to mid-class market of the Northern and Central Luzon.
