The opening of the P13.5 million worth of shared service facilities fabrication laboratory at Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) compound here would guarantee locally produced exportable products to penetrate the huge international market.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bataan Provincial Director, Ms. Eileen Ocampo has stressed the great advantages of the newly established facilities fabrication laboratory last March for the micro, small, and medium enterprises operating in the province to compete at the world-class level to foster economic growth.

Ms. Ocampo said the world-class facilities initiated by Cong. Albert Garcia serves as a vital conduit to obtain foreign market acceptance based on the highly systematic routine of evaluation techniques required in the world market.

Impressed by Congressman Garcia’s long-range socio-economic expansion plan of tracking the unceasing growth of business enterprises and his pronounced reinforcement scheme of introducing quality local products to the international market and sustaining a vigorous investment atmosphere in Bataan, magnifies his vision of converting the province into one of the premier business hubs in the country.

Primarily benefitted from the state-of-the-art facilities fabrication laboratories envisioned to profoundly infiltrate the rich foreign trade market are indirect and potential exporters of “kapis” handicrafts and souvenir items, cashew nuts, bags, processed marine products, and broom making.
