BALANGA CITY, ,BATAAN- The thousands Members of the Peninsula Electric Cooperative (PENELCO) will hold its Annual General Assembly 2014 on April 26.
All PENELCO members and customers are invited to join and are advised to bring one valid ID as a raffle will be held.
Pre-registration per town will be held at PENELCO service centers every Thursday and Friday, 9 am-4 pm. PENELCO general manager Engr. Loreto Marcelino is expected to give an inspirational message to the thousands of electric consumers in Bataan.
Meanwhile, The city government of Balanga is currently reviewing its programs and office systems to improve its services for the public in line with the Performanc e Governance System.
The department heads led by city administrator Rudy De Mesa delineated the areas for improvement in their field especially in administration, agriculture, tourism, and information service among others.
The operations review held in the city hall has revealed the need to religiously document meetings and activities of offices and organizations including their minutes of the meeting, plan of activities and accomplishment report.
Balanga headed by award-winning Mayor Joet Garcia, had been a consistent awardees in the past several years for good governance and effective leadership.
