Top officials of the PTT Philippines headed by its chairman Wisarn Chawalitanon are now communicating with Governor Abet S Garcia for the said summit to be held at the Bataan Sports complex inside the Provincial Capitol compound.
Garcia welcomed the environmental summit as this will benefit the Province and the people of Bataan.
Last Saturday morning , a team from PTT led by Environmentalist Dennis Cuarto; Shanadine Llanera, Corporate social responsibility head; and Jay Julian personally conducted an ocular inspection at the Bataan Sports Complex in preparation for the holding of the said regional event.
Among the expected speakers are Neric Acosta, Presidential Adviser on Environment; Gov Garcia, Francisco Milla, Regional Executive Director; and others.
Bataenos lauded PTT headed by Chawalitanon for initiating various environmental programs aimed at protecting the country’s environment, particularly Bataan.
PTT now has a total of 73 gas stations in Luzon and Cebu but Julian said that the Company is still on its expansion program.” We’ll set up one station along the SCTEx -Concepcion area,” said Julian.
This is not the first time that PTT has conducted such environmental programs as it had been initiating tree planting activities in Hermosa,Bataan and other areas.
