BALANGA CITY, Bataan- A retired public school teacher here has provided valuable insights on the unprecedented progress of Balanga City as a proverbial eco-tourism site in Central Luzon.

Mrs. Pilar H. Tuazon of Barangay San Jose, this City has pointed out the effective system of implementing a highly synchronized strategic development plan of the two former mayors, Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia and Rep. Jose Enrique S. Garcia of the province’s second congressional district, as an offshoot to socio-economic progression.

Ms. Tuazon has expressed her optimism that the economic scheme is geared toward the promotion of more livelihood opportunities, quality education, medical and other basic services in alleviating the lifestyle of the province’s growing population.

Comparing the situation of Balanga City with other localities in Western Central Luzon, Ms. Tuazon ranks the component city with other vastly urbanized and commercial districts in nearby provinces.

She added the strong planning fundamentals instituted by the former city mayors had stepped-up development in the rural communities, accessibility to government services and other efficient means of promoting the best services in the countryside.
